Chris Jeffs is a highly effective consultant, trainer and coach whose abilities have been proven in the fields of sales and global account management, major project leadership and business management in blue-chip companies, then in consulting and training as director of CCA Bentham Ltd. Able to motivate and energise those working with him, Chris is practised and effective in achieving results in complex organisations. He has a track record of exceeding both time and financially based organisation targets. Chris is proficient in French and German.

Christine James leads the work planning and day-to-day customer support in CCA Bentham. She has had more than 20 years experience in a variety of administrative and customer-facing roles in major national and international organisations. Christine started work with ICI in the UK as Personal Assistant to a number of international business managers and then joined the Export Orders team which co-ordinated the work of the internal supply chain team and the external distributors and agents.

Tracey, a Chemistry graduate from Birmingham University, has a very wide base of functional and managerial experience. Throughout a 25 year career in Industry, she operated in Production Development, Technical Service, Sales and Corporate Account Management and Business Management. Being a member of the Senior European Business Management team for the latter part of her "corporate" career, she has been involved in leading change management, project management, cross business HR planning, talent management and succession planning.
